This is a terms of use agreement for the associates working in Scrutiny Software Solutions Private Limited (Scrutinysoft®), Kelambakkam.
The term ‘You’ ‘Your’ ‘User’ & ‘Associate’ shall mean any legal employee accessing, using the services provided on this website, who is competent to enter into binding contracts, as per the provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

Scrutinysoft.in is an internal application for all the associates working in Scrutiny Software Solutions Private Limited.
Scrutinysoft.in provides access to all the internal applications of the associates for internal business process.
The company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to unilaterally terminate the associates’ access to the services offered on the website, or any portion thereof, at any time, without notice or cause.
By using this website and providing his/her contact information to the company through the website, the associate hereby agrees and consents to receiving calls, autodialed and/or pre-recorded message calls and e-mails from the company and/or any of its affiliates or partners at any time, subject to the Policy.
In the event that the associate uses company provided mobiles then the associates will receive marketing or promotional calls / email messages / text messages from the company and/or any of its affiliates or partners at any time, subject to the Policy.
Access to Scrutinysoft.in will be given to the associates at the time of admittance to the company after their joining process and formal procedures are done.
The associates must request the admin if they need access to the internal applications of the company.
The information and data entered by the associates in the internal applications of Scrutinysoft are only for internal business process and are protected. The information and data about the associates will not be disclosed to the third parties.
The information and data of the associates will only be shared when they are needed to work on board with the clients or vendors.
The associates must be responsible and give accurate and true personal information for the company. Any fake or wrong personal information given, the associates will face appropriate consequences according to the company policy.
The associates are responsible for the use of the website and service using their account. They must not upload or distribute files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of the Website.
The associates must agree not to share their credentials to other associates or anyone outside the company and if done so and found out, the action will be taken according to the company policies breach of trust.
Notwithstanding other legal remedies that may be available to it, the company may in its sole discretion limit the Associates’ access and/ or activity by immediately removing their access credentials either temporarily or indefinitely, or suspend/ terminate the access, and/or refuse to provide the associate with access to the Website, without being required to provide the User with notice or cause:
